伴精神异常神经性皮炎患者血清神经营养因子及白介素-6水平检测

Neurotrophic factor and IL-6 levels in serum of neurodermatitis patients with mental disorder

目的探讨血清脑源性神经营养因子（BDNF）、血清胶南源性神经营养因子（GDNF）和白介素-6（IL-6）在神经性皮炎患者发病过程中的影响机制。方法对50例伴有和没有精神异常神经性皮炎患者进行血清BD—NF、GDNF和IL-6酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测。结果伴有精神异常的神经性皮炎患者BDNF和GDNF血清含量明显降低；IL-6血清含量显著升高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论BDNF，GDNF和IL-6可能在神经性皮炎患者发病过程中起重要作用。

Objective To investigate the impact mechanism of BDNF,GDNF and IL-6 in the neuro-dermatitis patients. Methods The serum levels of BDNF, GDNF and IL-6 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） in each 25 cases of neurodermatitis patients accompanied and not mental disor-der. Results BDNF and GDNF serum levels decreased significantly in the neurodermatitis patients with men- tal disorder; IL-6 serum levels increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions BDNF,GDNF and IL-6 may have important role in the pathogenesis of patients with neurodermatitis.
