短程黛力新联合氟西汀治疗老年脑卒中后抑郁效果观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨短程黛力新联合氟西汀治疗老年脑卒中后抑郁的方法及临床效果。方法回顾性分析2010年6月至2012年7月67例老年脑卒中后抑郁患者的临床资料,将67例患者随机分为观察组34例,对照组33例,对照组给予氟西汀治疗,观察组给予短程黛力新联合氟西汀治疗,观察两组患者治疗前及治疗1、4周HAMD、ADL评分及药物不良反应。结果治疗1周HAMD、ADL评分观察组与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),对照组与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);治疗4周HAMD、ADL评分观察组、对照组与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);不良反应情况组间比较无明显差异(P〉0.05)。结论短疗程黛力联用氟西汀治疗老年脑卒中可快速改善患者抑郁症状,患者依从性较好,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。
