摘要
电网架构的更新、分布式能源的逐渐接入及对供电可靠性的更高指标的提出促进了传统模式的配电网的新的发展,主动配电网应运而生。主动配电网管理与运行系统是分布式能源技术、通信技术、多代理技术、复杂约束下多目标优化技术、人工智能及专家算法相结合的产物。介绍了配电网的发展历程、现状,在此基础上提出了主动配电网的架构及其运营管理系统,进一步提升分布式能源在供电可靠性、电网稳定性、经济性等方面的效益。
The improvement of grid structures, the increased access of distributed energy resources, and the introduc-tion of stricter requirements of power supply reliability all provide great impetus for the development of the traditional distribution network into active distribution network. The management and operation system of active distribution net-work is a integration of the technologies in distributed energy resources, communication, multi-agent system, muhi- objective optimization with complex constraints, artificial intelligence and expert algorithm. Firstly, the development and ongoing research on distribution network is reviewed. Secondly, the architecture of active distribution network and its operation management system are presented. This work will be conducive to promoting the benefits of distributed energy resources in the aspect of power supply reliability, grid stability and economy.
