Transmission of Infrared Temperature Measurement Data Using Wireless Mesh Network

摘要 红外测温带电检测技术在电力系统的大量应用推动了电力设备的状态检修,有助于电力设备可靠性的提高和经济运维。为提高红外测温工作的便利性,提高红外测温图像数据的传输和处理效率,介绍了开发的一种工业宽带无线网络-无线网状(Mesh)网络,实现了红外测温图像数据的即测即传,且在变电站经过实地测试得到了验证。 The wide application of online infrared temperature detection technology in the power system promotes the condition-based maintenance of power apparatuses, conducive to the reliability and economy improvement of power apparatuses operation. An industrial and wide-band wireless mesh network is developed and realizes the real-time measurement and transmission of infrared thermograph image data to improve the convenience of the infrared tempera-ture measurement and the efficiency of data transmission and processing. This system has been verified in the field substation.
