摘要
简要介绍了10 kV配网中使用中性点接地的三种方式以及不同中性点接地方式单相接地故障下的特性。结合上海地区10 kV系统现状和发展要求,进行了配网中性点接地方式整改可行性分析,提出了近期和远景整改方案。
For the two conventional grounding modes, i.e. small resistance grounding and arc suppression coil grounding, this paper makes the modification feasibility analysis mainly from three aspects and in combination with the local 10 kV system; then the short/long-term improvement scheme is proposed.
