Improvement of 10 kV Overhead Line Rod Cutter Device in Shanghai Power Grid

摘要 对10kV架空线路典型杆刀装置进行研究,针对带电调换作业量大,更换时线路必须停电导致电量损失影响供电可靠性,操作机构与引线距离过近等问题,对杆刀安装工艺进行改进,并对避雷器、接地环等装置结构重新设计,将两种杆刀安装方式技术性与经济性指标进行对比。同时,详细介绍了改进型杆刀装置的安装、调换操作步骤,为线路不停电更换杆刀工作提供参考。 This paper studies the typical rod cutter device of lOkV overhead line. In light of the problem of large work load of live-line device adjustment, the power loss and power supply reliability decrease caused by device replacement with power cut, and the excessively close distance between operating device and lead line, the rod cutter installation process is improved; the lightning arrester, grounding ring and other devices are redesigned; The two installation methods are compared technically and economically. At the same time, the modified device installation and replace-ment procedures are elaborated, with a view to providing reference for live-line device replacement.
