摘要 针对某发电厂600 MW发电机运行中存在部分定子线圈层间温度偏高、温差大的现象,解体发现定子线圈槽楔松动并伴有大量定子线圈磨损。分析其原因,并对定子槽楔的结构、工艺不足提出改进建议,对发电机槽楔松动导致线圈温度异常提出整改建议。 In light of the high temperature and great temperature difference in the stator coil during the operation of a 600MW generator, through disintegration it was found that stator slot wedge was loose and a large amount of coil was worn. This paper analyzes the causes and proposes some suggestions to improve the stator wedge structure and manu-facturing techonology, as well as the countermeasures against the generator temperature anomaly.
