摘要
劳动工资上涨具有成本和收益双重影响,其中工资上涨带来成本增加是必然的,但基于工资上涨带来劳动生产率提升而形成的收益效应则是有条件的。本文基于浙江省制造业企业成本费用的调查数据发现,约有1/4强的企业有能力借助工资上涨的生产率提升实现净收益效应;但对于大部分资本密度低、与之匹配的劳动者人力资本也相对低的企业,净成本压力是普遍现象。面对劳动工资水平普遍上涨的趋势,需要分类引导以避免系统性的持续经营风险。
The raising in wage is a double edged sword from costs and benefits for company. Higher wage enhance labor cost inevitably and definitely, while it could drive the productivity up and lead to higher income in certain conditions. The survey based on the cost of manufactory in Zhejiang Province which indicated that more than 25% companies got a net profit growth through the wage increasing by productivity acceleration. But most of the labor intensive companies that hire employees with lower human capital are bearing a net cost pressure. According to the general level of wages upward trend, the company need to classification guidance prevent systemic risks from continuing operations.
