铝合金管挤压时内表面石墨压入缺陷的研究

Study of Pressing Graphite Inwall Defect of Aluminium Alloy Pipes during Extrusion

通过对比实验，研究了铝合金管材挤压时内表面出现的石墨压入缺陷的形成过程及影响因素。提出了预防此缺陷的措施。

Through some comparison experiments, the forming course and affecting factors of the pressing graphite defectS of aluminium alloy pipes are studied. Some methods of avoiding the defects are presented.
