摘要
2012年国家版权局在官方网站陆续公布了《著作权法》修改草案,并公开向社会征求意见。追续权制度首次被引入了我国著作权法领域,这引起了社会相关行业的高度关注,并引发了热烈的讨论。从追续权制度的立法现状出发,全面阐述我国追续权制度的立法内容及对该项制度的完善措施,以期为进一步制定追续权各项具体规定,使该项制度更好地在我国得到切实落实提供参考。
National Copyright Admimistration successively released the draft amendment of the Copy Right Law on the official website in 2012 and asked for public comments openly. It was the first time that the fight of pursuit was introduced into the field of China＇s Copyright Law, which caused highly concern of relevant industries and aroused heated discussion. This paper comprehensively expounds the legislation contents and the perfection measure of China＇s fight of pursuit in order to give reference when the details of the right are further drawn up by the State Council for the sake of better implementation of the right in China.
