链条是单链冷拔管机的关键部件。在分析链条在使用过程中出现的问题的基础上，改进了链条的结构，调整了链板、销轴、辊轮之间的间隙，改善了链条的润滑条件，由此提高了链条运转的可靠性和使用寿命。

Chain is one of the critical parts composing the mono－ chain cold－ drawing pipe mill. Based on the problems concerning the chain occurring in operation of the mill, an overall modification of the chain mechanism of the mill is made, involving chain structure change, setting of clearance between the plate, the pin and the roller and bettering of chain lubricating conditions so as to enhance operation reliability and service span of the chain.
