Assessment Report on Zhejiang's Primary-level Public Culture Service in 2012

本文对近两个年度的《浙江省基层公共文化服务评估指标数据》进行对比分析,重点分析了浙江省2012年基层公共文化服务综合发展水平,对11个设区市评估指标排位、经济条件对公共文化服务水平的影响以及与上年相比的排名变动情况等方面进行了剖析,以期能对浙江省各地的基层公共文化服务水平做出客观评价,并在此基础上提出了下一步建议。

This paper compares the index data of Zhejiang＇ s primary-level public culture service in the recent two years, makes a selective analysis of the comprehensive development in 2012 and dissects such aspects as the rank of 11 cities with districts, the influence of economy on public cultural service as well as the change of rank against the previous year. In this way, the author intends to give an objective eval- uation and then put forward further suggestions.
