摘要
以我国沪市13家上市银行2004—2011年间的数据为研究样本,采用SPSS19.0软件对银行高管特征与创新能力间关系进行了实证检验。研究结果表明:银行创新能力与高管学历显著正相关,即高管学历越高,创新能力就越强;与高管年龄显著负相关,即高管年龄越大,治理观念越趋于安逸、保守,排斥新事物和创新变革,创新能力就越差;与高管任期呈显著倒U型关系,且存在关系转折点:7年的时候。
Using annual data from 2004 to 2011 of Shanghai 13 listed banks in China as research samples. It has adopted SPSS19.0 software to carry on the empirical test of the relationship between execu- tives characters of bank and innovation ability. The research results show that the innovation ability of bank has significantly positive correlation with executive education, namely executive degree is higher, the innovation ability is stronger; has significantly negative correlation with executives age, that is, the older executives, the ideas of governance the more easy and conservative, exclude new things and changes of innovation, innovation ability the worse; has a significantly inverted U-shaped relationship with executive tenure, and the turning point of the relationship: 7 years.
