太原市迎泽区2006～2010年5岁以下儿童死亡情况分析

Analysis of the Death Rate of Children under 5 in Yingze District, Taiyuan during 2006 ~ 2010

目的:探讨太原市迎泽区5岁以下儿童死亡变化趋势及主要死亡原因,为制定相关干预措施提供依据。方法:对迎泽区2006年至2010年5岁以下儿童生命监测结果进行描述分析。结果:迎泽区5岁以下儿童死亡总体呈逐年下降趋势,年龄越小死亡率越高。死亡原因顺位为:先天畸形、肺炎、早产低体重、窒息。结论:抓好三级保健网络建设、加强围产保健管理和出生缺陷三级预防工作,做好新生儿窒息的抢救,加强对儿童家长、儿童和保健人员的安全防范意识教育,可降低5岁以下儿童死亡率。

Objective ： To explore the tendency and the major cause of death in children under 5 years old in Ying- ze district, Taiyuan, Shanxi, providing the basis for formulating interventions. Methods： Life monitoring results of chil- dren under 5 years old in Yingze district were described and analyzed during five years （2006 -2010）. Results： The o- verall trend of death of children was a downward year by year. The younger children were, the higher the death rates were. As far as death causes were concerned, congenital malformation ranked first, followed by pneumonia, asphyxia, premature and low birth weight. Conclusion： To reduce the mortality of children under the age of 5, tertiary care net- work, perinatal management and three level prevention of birth defects must be emphasized. It is essential to assure res- cue of neonatal asphyxia and personnel security awareness education of children~ parents and health care.
