医生对优质护理服务认同度的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Doctor's Recognition Degree of High Quality Nursing Service

目的:了解临床医生对开展优质护理服务的认同度,以便进一步提高护理质量。方法:采用自行设计的"医生对优质护理服务认同度问卷调查表"对医生进行问卷调查。结果:医生对优质护理服务模式的总体认同度为90.6%;认同度最高的为执行医嘱的及时性(97.2%)和准确性(95.9%),认同度最低的为应急能力水平(83.3%)和观察疾病水平(81.9%)。结论:医生对优质护理服务模式的总体认同度比较高,但对其中应急能力水平和观察疾病水平的认同度比较低,说明优质护理服务还有很大的提升空间。

Objective： To investigate the doctor~ recognition degree of the high quality of nursing service in order to further improve the quality of nursing. Methods： The questionnaire designed to learn about doctor~ recognition degree of the high quality nursing service was adopted among the doctors. Results： The doctors recognition degree of the high quality nursing service was totally 90.6% ; the two highest esteemed items were the responsiveness and accuracy on the doctor＇s advice （97.2% and 95.9% , respectively） , and the two lowest esteemed items were the emergency ability （83.3%） and observing disease levels 81.9%, respectively. Conclusions： The doctor~ recognition degree of the high quality nursing service is getting higher, but the emergency ability and the level of observing disease are comparatively lower, so there is a lot of room to improve the quality of nursing service.
