新城疫是由新城疫病毒引起禽的一种急性、热性、败血性和高度接触性传染病。该病主要以高热、呼吸困难、下痢、神经紊乱、黏膜和浆膜出血为特征。新城疫对我国养禽业的发展造成了巨大的威胁,其病毒是一种突变快、进化快的病原,该病毒毒力的强弱并不是一成不变的,其毒力具有本身的演化趋势。通过对新城疫病毒的生物特性、新城疫病毒毒力的演化及与其毒力演化相关的因素研究,旨在探讨新城疫病毒毒力的演化与流行趋势的关系。

Newcastle disease is caused by the virus of Newcastle disease, it is an acute, febrile, septic and highly contagious disease to poul- try. The major characters of this disease are high fever, difficult breathing, diarrhea, nervous disorder, mucosal and serosal bleeding. New- castle disease may bring a great threat to the development of the poultry industry. The Newcastle disease virus is a mutation and fast evolving pathogen, the strength of the virulence of the virus is not static, its virulence has its own evolution trend. The biological characteristics of the Newcastle disease virus, virulent evolution of Newcastle disease virus and the related factors of the virulent evolution were described, which aimed to discuss the relationship of the virulent evolution and prevalent trend of Newcastle disease virus.
