摘要
介绍基于油膜挤压效应理论的液压泵配流盘设计计算方法。理论与实践证明 ,由此确定的配流盘尺寸是合适的 ,能够保证配流摩擦副间隙中的油膜厚度在所需范围内浮动 ,实现纯液体摩擦。
The design procedure for the portplate of the hydraulic pumps is described, in detail, based on the theory of oil-film extrusion effect The theoretical and experimental analyses show that the new structure of portplate can ensure the oil-film thickness between Valving surfaces of the portplate within the required range, with achieving pure liquid friction
