综述了地理信息系统的概念、功能以及GIS的发展背景、应用领域,讨论了GIS在土地资源管理、矿产资源、自然灾害的应用现状和方法,通过一系列实例阐述了GIS在资源管理领域应用研究的重要性。
The concept, function and GIS development background, application field of GIS was reviewed, the application status and method of GIS in land resource management, mineral resources, natural disasters were discussed. The importance of GIS in resource management field was elaborated through a series of examples.
