中部地区土地监管现状分析及完善路径——以安徽省为例

Analysis and Improvement of Land Supervision in Central Region——A Case of Anhui Province

介绍了现有的土地监管体系以及安徽省土地监管现状,着重分析了"十二五"期间安徽省土地监管面临的新形势和挑战。针对土地监管面临的新需求,从完善管理体制、加大执法力度、加强重点区域和项目督查、拓宽信息渠道4个方面提出相应的对策与建议。

The current land supervision system and status in Anhui Province was introduced, the new situation and challenge of Anhui Prov- ince during the 12th five-year plan was analyzed. Aiming at new demands of land supervision, the corresponding countermeasures were put for- ward from 4 aspects of perfecting management system, strengthening law enforcement, key areas and project supervision, boarding information channel.
