摘要
本文研究了生理节律理论、方法和应用等问题,提出了交通事故率、时间率和影响系数值。影响系数K是各节律状态对交通事故影响程度大小的系数,系数值越大,其影响交通事故的程度也越高。研究表明:临界期,尤其是体力节律临界期的影响系数值最大,因此,提出了单临界期(体力型)的“警惕日”、双重临界期(体智型)的“危险日”和三重临界期(体智情型)的“停驶日”的安全管理原则。并分别分析了交通和林业部门的实例及其经济效果。
This paper studied problems of theory, method and application of
biorhythms and provided accident rate, time rate and influence coefficient K which has an influence on traffic accidents of various states of biorhythms. The more it is more accident is higher. Proved K of critical period particularly critical period of physical cycle was the most so provided one crittical period was'the vigilant day', two critical periods were 'the risky day'and three critical periods were'the stop drive day'as a principle of security management. The paper deals with analyses of examles of both traffic and forest trucks and its economical effect.
