摘要
依托平湖气田平台现有设施,利用大位移井可实现东海某边际气田难动用储量的经济开发,但目前东海海域尚未有大位移井的应用实践,东海复杂的地层情况给大位移井开发带来了前所未有的挑战。对东海某大位移井油基钻井液技术开展室内研究和评价,建立了一套大位移井油基钻井液体系。试验结果表明,该油基钻井液性能稳定,有着合适的流变参数,能够满足大位移定向井井眼清洁的携砂性能,具有降低钻具旋转摩阻性能防止地层垮塌及煤层坍塌的封堵性能,并在需要时可以及时消除高压疏松易漏地层的钻井液漏失,能够满足东海大位移井钻井技术的实践要求。
Based on the available equipment in Pinghu Gasfield,extended reach wells could be used for an economic development of producing reserves,but at present there was no application of extended reach wells in the East China Sea, where great challenge was caused for the development using the extended reach wells.A laboratory experiment was performed on the drilling fluid for the extended reach drilling in the gasfield,a set of oil-base drilling fluid systems were established for the extended reach wells.The result shows that the performance of oil-base drilling fluid is stable with proper rheological parameters,it can meet the needs of sand carrying ability of sand carrying and wellbore cleaning in the extended reach and directional wells,reduce the drag of drill tool rotation,enhance the ability of preventing the collapse of formation and coalbeds and avoid lost circulation in high pressure and loosened formation in time if it is needed, it can meet the requirements of extended reach drilling in the East China Sea.
