摘要
废弃油基钻井液钻屑所含有的油主要是一类能溶于有机溶剂的矿物油。研究了用索氏抽提差量法来测量废弃油基钻井液钻屑含油量,探讨了测定的试验条件、合理性以及测量结果的准确性。针对含有芳香族化合物的石油及其产品能溶于有机溶剂的这一特性,通过试验研究得出,索氏抽提差量法以石油醚(60~90℃)作为萃取剂,在索氏提取器中反复抽提萃取钻屑中所含的油10h后,以抽提前后质量差来测量其含油量。根据试验结果可知,索氏抽提差量法具有操作简便、试验硬件要求低,结果准确且重复性好(标准偏差仅为1.39%),是一种比较适合室内测量含油钻屑含油量的测量方法。
The oil contained in waste oil-base drilling fluid was a kind of mineral oil dissolved in organic solvent.The measurement of oil content in drilling cuttings by using Soxhlet extraction&Gravimetric method was described.The experimental condition,rationality and the accuracy of the measurement were presented.Based on the fact that Soxhlet Extraction &Gravimetric Method was suitable for oil and oil products containing aromatic compounds which were dissolved in organic solvents,petroleum ether(60~90℃)was used as the extracting agent,the oils were extracted repeatedly for 10hours from the drilling cuttings in Soxhlet extractor,its oil content was measured by using the mass difference before and after the extraction.The result shows that Soxhlet Extraction&Gravimetric Method is easy operation with low experimental requirement,the result is accurate and good repeat property(standard error of 1.39%),it is a method suitable for laboratory detection of oil content of oil-bearing cuttings.
