摘要
在涠洲12-1S油田使用常规射孔效果产量很低的情况下,结合其储层特点,选择了近几年国际上兴起的一种油层改造增产的新工艺——径向射流,该工艺在海上油田尚属空白。而清水作为喷射液,虽然油气产量增幅明显,但与常规工艺相比,泄油面积较大的径向射流工艺实际增产远小于理论增产。为了在增产工艺基础上加强储层保护,针对涠洲12-1S油田特低孔-中孔特低渗-低渗储层,还存在中等偏弱-强的水敏、结垢和乳化堵塞等损害的特点,构建了国内首次考虑储层保护的径向射流甲酸盐喷射液体系,该体系具有较好的防膨性、防水锁性和配伍性以及较好储层保护性。径向射流甲酸盐喷射液于2012年12月在上海宏睿公司东营分公司基地进行了地面模拟喷射试验,取得了较好的喷射效果。
Under the condition of low effect of conventional perforating in Weizhou 12-1SOilfield,in combination with its reservoir characteristics,a newly risen technology for oil enhancement in the world in recent years——radial jet flow was chosen,it was a blank in offshore oilfield development.Though fresh water as a radial jet perforation fluid had an obvious oil production increase,but compared with the conventional process,for the redial process with large drainage area,its actual output was much less than its theoretical one.In allusion to the characteristics of low porosity and middle porosity and extra-low permeability reservoirs,mid-weak water sensitivity and damage by scaling and blockage in Weizhou 12-1SOilfield,a first domestic formate jet fluid system which took the consideration of formation protection was established,the system had good expansion resistant,waterproof and good compatibility and good formation protective property.A simulation surface test for the radial jet formate jet fluid is carried out in Dongying Base of Shanghai Hongrui Company in December 2012,and good jet effect is obtained.
