通过对杉木组织块的离休培养,组培苗的移栽,萌芽特性及其穗条的扦插等方面的系统研究,建立以组培为中心,以组培的苗采穗圃为基础的现代生物技术与常规繁殖方法相结合的杉木无性系繁殖体系。

The establishment of asexual breeding system regarcting the tissue culture as centre and based on cutting nursery, includec contemporary biolo-ical techniques and conventional breeding method, was made by systematic studies on tissue culture, replanting of the tissue culture seedling, shooting characteristic of the seedling and cuttage tassel in chinese fir.
