摘要
"潜规则"是人们为了利益能够更便捷地分配而做出的规则选择。由于潜规则的利益吸引效应、扩散效应、适应效应以及退出和揭破潜规则的成本制约效应,校园"潜规则"在90后中广泛存在并导致了学校某些正式制度功效的弱化甚至失效。高校学生管理规则的制定者和实施者,应该从完善显规则、强化规则敬畏意识、加强人生观价值观教育以及重视潜规则的积极教育价值等方面,努力实现90后大学生管理制度的创新。
Hidden rules are rules chosen for more conveniently distributing benefits among people. Due to different effects of hidden rules, such as the benefits - attracting effect, spreading effect, adapting effect and cost - restricting effect when withdrawing and exposing hidden rules, campus hidden rules widely exist in post - 90 college students and lead to the weak- ening even invalidation of certain formal administrative system efficacy. University regulation makers and implementers should realize the innovation of the management system for post- 90 college students from the following aspects: perfecting explicit rules, raising revere consciousness to rules, strengthening education in terms of outlook on life and values, and at- taching great importance to the positive education value of the hidden rules.
