摘要 火星轨道轻小型高分辨率相机对热控系统的质量和功耗提出了较高要求,该相机热控技术是从全局设计的角度,集质量轻、热性能好的结构材料与先进的温度控制式数据传输为一体,并结合优化的温区分布与多项热控措施,最终达到设计要求。文中围绕此项热控技术展开相机热分析与热设计工作。通过对相机外热流的分析,确定了β=70°,R=0°和β=-70°,R=0°的高温工况,以及β=0°,R=-30°的低温工况。结合相机内热源及接口信息,制定了详细的全局热控方案,通过仿真分析验证了热控方案的正确性。可为我国火星轨道轻小型高分辨率相机热控制系统的研制提供技术支持。 Light and small high resolution camera on Mars orbit takes high requirements for thermal control system mass and power dissipation. Considering thermal design details to the whole camera, the thermal control system was designed with light and good thermal performance structure material, advanced temperature controlled data transfer system, and many thermal controlled measures. Finally, it met the design requirements. In this paper, some thermal analysis and thermal design work about this advanced thermal control system were introduced. Based on the analysis about camera’s external heat flux, two hot working conditions:β =70°, R=0° and β=-70°, R=0°, and one cold working condition: β=0°, R=-30° were determined. Considering with the interior heat flux and interface condition, detailed integrated thermal control schemes were established, and simulation results show the correctness of the thermal control schemes. This work will offer some technique supports to research about light and small high resolution camera on Mars orbit.
