电力电子集成系统控制及通讯系统研究

摘要 近些年来,半导体设备、材料以及相关的关键技术均取得了很大的发展,这使得电力电子系统不论是性能、结构上,还是成本上都有着非常明显的提高。随着工业生产对电力电子系统要求的不断提升,智能电力电子模块逐渐成为研究重点。本文对智能电力电子模块PEBB(Power Electronic Building Block)进行了系统的分析与研究,并给出了系统的通信协议。 In recent years, semiconductor equipment, materials and related key technologies have made great development, which makes the power electronic system improved on the performance, structure and cost. As the requirement of industrial production of power electronic systems is higher, intelligent power electronic module gradually become a research focus. This paper makes a systematic analysis and research on the intelligent Power Electronic Module Building Block (PEBB). And the communication protocol of the system is given.
