On the Relationship Among International Linguistic Environment,Realization of "Spirit of Beijing" and the Construction of Harmonious Society in Beijing

国际化语言建设既是一种人力资本建设也是重要的投资环境、文化建设。国际化语言环境的建设是以推动首都和谐社会建设为根本目的。同时,良好的国际语言环境也是打造中国特色世界城市的重要内容,提升首都北京国际大都市形象的重要手段。本文力图以建设国际化语言环境为切入点,以广受关注的"北京精神"为着眼点,重点分析营造国际化的语言环境对首都北京的和谐社会建设的重要现实意义。

International linguistic environment is not only a human capital and but also a cultural investment. The construction of international language environment plays important role in building a harmonious society in Beijing. Meanwhile it is also good to enhance the image of international metropolis and improve Beijing＇s comprehensive competition power. Based on the meaning of ＂Spirit of Beijing＂, this paper aims to explain the relationship between them and point out the important practical significance of building international linguistic environment.
