摘要
从金刚石的最大平均切屑厚度和切削力研究了复合基金刚石圆锯片的磨损过程。结果表明 :金刚石最大平均切屑厚度为 2 5~ 6 0 μm ,最大平均切削力为 3~ 12N。金刚石参数与切割工艺最佳匹配的计算式为 :VpVs· apds=0 .77A·B· D
Through the analysis of maximal average cutting depth and cutting force of diamond, the cutting process of diamond circular saw blade with composite matrix was studied. The maximal average cutting depth is 25~60μm, tangential force is 3~12N. The optimum relationship between diamond parameter and cutting technology is obtained as: V pV s·a pd s=0.77A·B· e 2 .
