摘要
当前。制氧企业的空分装置逐步向大型、与特大型发展,空分系统不但具有装置多,结构复杂以及流程长的特点,而且相关性大。因此空分系统的自动变负荷控制在变负荷操作过程中,难度大、控制点多。本文以某钢铁公司KDON20000/30000制氧机组为例,首先介绍了空分装置的工艺流程,然后对制氧生产的自动变负荷控制的原理与自动变负荷控制应用进行了分析,最后分析了此控制系统的不足,并提出优化措施。
The air separation unit of oxygen enterprises gradually develop to larger and larger.Air separation system not only has many devices,complicated structure,long flow characteristics and much relationships.Hence,automatic load change of air separation system control in variable load operation process has much more difficulty and many control points.This paper takes a steel corp KDON 20000/30000 oxygen making machine as an example,first introduces the device of air separation process,and then analyzes the oxygen production of automatic load control principle and automatic load change control applicaton,and finally puts forward the optimization of automatic load change control proposals.
