军人社会支持与职业倦怠及特质应对方式的关系 被引量:17

Relationships between Job Burnout,Social Support and Scene-trait Coping Styles

摘要 目的探讨军人职业倦怠、特质应对方式与社会支持之间的关系,为减轻官兵职业倦怠提供参考依据。方法使用军人职业倦怠量表、情境特质应对方式量表和社会支持量表对南京军区某部512名陆军官兵进行调查,分别使用描述性统计分析、独立样本t检验、相关分析及路径分析等方法处理。结果①已婚官兵成就感显著低于未婚官兵(t=-2.32,P<0.05),躯体化程度显著高于未婚官兵(t=-2.56,P<0.05);②消极应对和积极应对与职业倦怠(r=0.535,-0.452;P<0.01)及社会支持(r=0.365,;-0.315;P<0.01)均呈显著性相关。③积极应对方式可以减少社会支持不良对职业倦怠的影响,社会支持、特质应对方式与职业倦怠路径模型的主要拟合指标:χ2/df=3.26,GFI=0.975,AGFI=0.941,NFI=0.971,RFI=0.946,IFI=0.980,TLI=0.962,CFI=0.979,RMSEA=0.070。结论社会支持和特质应对方式可引起职业倦怠,军人特质应对方式对社会支持和职业倦怠间起中介作用。 Objective To explore relationships between job burnout, social support and scene-trait coping style in an effort to provide solid evidence for improvement of job burnout in Chinese military personnel. Methods A total of 512 military personnel from Nanjing military area were chosen by random cluster sampling, and were tested by Chinese Military Personnel Job Burnout Scale, Social Support Scale and Chinese Military Personnel Scene-trait Coping Style Scale. A variety of statistic methods such as descriptive statistical analysis, t-test for independent sample, correlation analysis and pathway analysis were employed for data processing. Results Married servicemen had significantly lower score in sense of achievement( t = -2. 32, P 〈 0.05 ), but higher score in somatization ( t = -2. 56, P 〈 O. 05 ). Nega- tive and active coping style were both significantly positively related to job burnout( r = O. 535,4). 452;P 〈 0.01 )and social support( r = O. 365 ,-0. 315 ;P 〈0.01 ). Active coping style could reduce the effects of bad social supp6rt,the fit indexes of path model of social sup- port, scene-trait coping style and job burnout were as follows : x2/df = 3.26, GFI = 0. 975, AGFI = O. 941, NFI = 0.971, RFI = O. 946, IFI = 0. 980,TLI = 0. 962, CFI = O. 979, RMSEA = 0. 070. Conclusion Social support and scene-trait coping style are significantly influ- enced factors of job burnout, scene-trait coping style has significant mediating effect between job burnout and social support.
