Relationship between Internet Addiction and Shyness of College Students

目的探讨大学生网络成瘾倾向与羞怯的关系,为大学生网络成瘾干预工作提供理论依据。方法采用《中文网络成瘾倾向量表》和《羞怯量表》对湖南省某高校587名大学生进行测量,使用SPSS软件对数据进行分析。结果①大学生网络成瘾倾向总分在年级上存在显著差异(F=6.149,P<0.01);②大学生羞怯与网络成瘾倾向的各因子均存在非常显著的正相关(r=0.39,0.34,0.33,0.36,0.28;P<0.01)。结论大学生羞怯程度越高,越容易导致网络成瘾。

Objective To explore the relationship between internet addiction and shyness of college students, and give advice to rem- edy the internet addiction. Methods Chinese Internet Addiction Scale （CIAS） and Shyness Scale were administrated to 587 college students of a university in Hunan province. And the data was analyzed by SPSS. Results （~）There was significant difference in internet addiction among different grade students （ F = 6. 149, P 〈 0.05 ） ; College studentshyness had significantly positive correlation with in- ternet addiction each factor（ r = 0.39, O. 34,0.33,0.36,0.28, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The higher the level of college students shyness, the more lead to Internet addiction easily.
