摘要
目的了解大学生主观职业障碍与人格特征的关系,探索影响大学生主观职业障碍的人格因素。方法采用大学生主观职业障碍职前问卷和大五人格简式量表对北京某大学165名大学生进行测试。结果总体上,男生和女生的主观职业障碍总分不存在显著差异(t=1.26,P>0.05);农村学生的主观职业障碍总分显著高于城市学生的主观职业障碍总分(t=3.17,P<0.01);大学生主观职业障碍与宜人性(r=0.215,P<0.01)、神经质(r=0.387,P<0.01)有非常显著的正相关;神经质变量对主观职业障碍具有显著的正向预测作用(R2=0.15,P<0.01)。结论主观职业障碍不存在性别差异;农村学生的主观职业障碍显著高于城市学生;人格中的神经质因子对大学生主观职业障碍有正向预测作用,高神经质个体面对求职会感受到更多的障碍和心理压力,体验到更多的消极情绪。
Objective To make understanding of the relationship between college students'perceived career barriers and personality, and explore the personality factors that influence college students" perceived career barriers. Methods A total of 165 college students completed Perceived Career Barriers Inventory for Chinese undergraduates and Five - Factor Inventory. Results As a whole, there was no significant difference in perceived career barriers score between different gender college students ( t = I. 26,P 〉 0.05 ) ; Rural students and urban students had significant difference ( t = 3. 17, P 〈 O. 01 ) ; Students'perceived career barriers was positively related to amenity ( r = O. 215, P 〈 0. O1 )and neurotieism (r = 0. 387, P 〈 0. O1 ). Neuroticism could positively predict perceived career barriers ( R2 = O. 15, P 〈 O. O1 ). Condusion There is no significant gender difference in perceived career barriers; Rural college students have higher per- ceived more obstacles than urban students;Neuroticism earl positively predict their perceived career barriers. College students with high neuroticism will feel more barriers and psychological pressure when they obtain employment, and experience more negative emotions.
