摘要
用三种磨削液对硬质合金刀具进行了磨削实验 ,磨削后的刀具表面用扫描电镜进行了成分分析 ,磨削液中的钴含量用分光光度法进行了测定。实验结果表明 。
Grinding experiment of cemented carbide with three kinds of grinding fluid were carried out. After grinding,the surface composition of cemented carbide was analysed by scanning electron microscopy and the grinding fluids containing cobalt were determined by spectrophotometry. The results show that the grinding fluid containing triethanolamine does harm to cemented carbide.
