海南医学生自杀意念现况及影响因素研究

Suicide ideation status and influence factors of medical college students in Hainan Province

目的了解海南医学生自杀意念的现状及其影响因素,为预防其自杀提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段抽样方法,选取11个专业共696名海南医学院学生作为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、简易应对方式问卷、青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、社会支持评定量表、自尊调查表和自杀意念调查表(SIOSS)进行调查。结果①海南医学院学生自杀意念发生率为15.4%,自杀意念率男性高于女性(χ2=7.161,P=0.006)。②Logistic回归分析,结果显示户口所在地在农村和高抑郁是自杀意念产生的危险因素,而积极应对方式、较高的客观支持和高自尊是自杀意念的保护因素。结论自杀意念在海南医学院学生中的发生率较高,且自杀意念的产生是多种因素共同作用的结果,应从学校、家庭、社会三方面共同采取措施,减少自杀意念的产生,防止自杀意念转变为自杀行为。

Objective To investigate the idea of suicide status and influence of medical students in Hainan Province,and to provide scientific basis for the prevention of suicide.Methods By using multi-stage sampling method,we selected 696 students from 11 specialties of Hainan Medical College as the research objects.The students were surveyed by Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire,adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Scale （ASLEC）,self-rating depression scale （SDS）,social support rating scale,the self-esteem inventory and the Self-rating Idea of Suicide Scale （SIOSS）.Results ① Suicide idea occurred in 15.4% of the students in Hainan Medical College,and the occurrence rate was significantly higher in males than females （x2=7.161,P=0.006）,as well as in non-medical specialties than medical specialties （x2=6.004,P=0.014）.② Logistic regression analysis showed that the registered permanent residence in the countryside and depression were the high risk factors of suicide idea,while positive coping style,higher objective support and high self-esteem were the protective factors of suicide idea.Conclusion There is a high incidence of suicide idea in the students of the Hainan Medical College,which results from multiple factors.Measures should be taken from aspects of school,family,society to reduce the generation of suicide idea,in order to prevent the suicide idea developing into suicide behavior.
