Rolling and heat treatment are applied to the Bi Based bulk non superconductor.The experiment indicates the samples become superconductors, with wide heat treatment temperature range, good stability and repeatability. The result of X ray diffraction experiment and the constituents analysis of high temperature superconductor phase show the orientation alignment of superconductor grains and the percentage increase of 110K phase contribute to the improvement superconductor property.
