颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的超声诊断分析

Ultrasonic diagnosis of carotid atherosclerotic plaque.

目的探讨超声诊断颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的价值。方法回顾性分析435例经超声检查并诊断为颈动脉粥样硬化患者的超声表现。结果颈动脉分叉部粥样硬化斑块283例,占65.05%,颈内动脉粥样硬化斑块122例,占28.04%,颈总动脉主干30例,占6.90%,其中,软斑144例(33.10%),硬斑157例(36.09%),混合斑134例(30.80%)。结论超声检查颈动脉可准确确定病变位置,观察血管形态和血流速度,有助于临床判定适当和有效治疗方案,提供重要价值。

Objective To explore the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of carotid atherosclerotic plaque.Methods The ultrasonic manifestations of 435 patients diagnosed as carotid atherosclerotic plaque by ultrasound were retrospectively analyzed.Results Atherosclerotic plaque was found in carotid bifurcation in 283 cases （65.05%）,in internal carotid in 122 cases （28.04%）,in common carotid artery in 30 cases （6.90%）,including 144 cases of soft plaque （33.10%）,157 cases of hard plaque （36.09%）,and 134 cases of mixed plaque （30.80%）.Conclusion Ultrasonic examination can accurately locate the plaque,observe the morphology of blood vessel and blood flow rate,which provides reference for the application of appropriate and effective treatment.
