摘要
导诊过程中贯彻"以患者为中心"的思想,体现人性化服务理念,为患者提供优质服务;提高导诊质量,使患者在方便、快捷、舒适的环境中有序就诊。本文针对门诊导诊过程中存在的问题,有针对性地改善就诊流程,加强主动服务意识,提高了患者满意度。
Based on the concept of"patient-centered services","humanism-based services" "quality services",the outpatient guidance process aims to enable the patients receiving treatment in a convenient,quick,comfortable environment orderly.In view of the problems existing in the process of outpatient guidance,we improve the management requirements of dental assistants in guidance process,enhance the active service consciousness to increase the satisfaction of patients.
