摘要 目的 探讨在DSA监视下使用亲水导丝辅助困难鼻空肠营养管的置入方法.方法 采用介入技术以亲水导丝引导对29例常规置管未成功患者置入鼻空肠营养管.结果 置管成功率为93.1%,所置营养管位置均符合临床要求,操作时间为15-40 min,留管时间为7-40d,所有成功置管患者耐受良好,未出现腹痛、消化道出血等并发症,未发生堵管.结论 应用介入技术以亲水导丝引导困难鼻空肠营养管的置入为解决肠内营养途径提供了一种简单、安全、可靠的方法. Objective To investigate the improved method ofhydrophilic guide wire aided placing nasointestinal feeding tube under digital subtraction angiograpy system when routine methods were failed.Methods Twenty-nine patients who failed to have nasointestinal feeding tube placed by routine method were included in this study.The nasointestinal feeding tube was placed by hydrophilic guide wire under digital subtraction angiography (DSA) system.Results The success rate was 93.1%,with the tube positions meeting the clinical requirements.The operation time was 15~40 rin,and the indwelling time was 7~40 days.All patients were well tolerated.No complications such as abdominal pain,gastrointestinal bleeding,were found.None of tubes was blocked.Conclusion Hydrophilic guide wire guide aided placing nasointestinal feeding tube under DSA system is a simple,safe and reliable method.
