摘要 通过分析电解铝的生产过程中尾气产生的原因及有害成分,对于溶于水的有毒、有害气体进行处理,从实验角度模拟治理、净化电解铝生产中释放的工业废气,用实验结论验证吸收效果,根据其尾气成份采用不同的吸收剂,从湿法吸收原理出发,研制相应的吸收净化处理装置,提高尾气的净化程度,从而对工业生产的尾气治理提供理论基础和应用价值。 By analyzing the causes of exhaust gas in the process of electrolytic aluminum production and harmful ingredients, toxic and harmful gas to dissolve in water, from the perspective of experimental simulation governance, release of industrial waste gas purification electrolytic aluminium production, with absorption effect, the conclusion, based on its tail gas composition with different absorption agent from wet absorption principle, the development of the corresponding absorption purification processing equipment, the degree of purification of exhaust gas was increased, which provided theoretical basis for industrial production of tail gas treatment and application value.
