红蘑有效成分及研究进展

Research Progress of Active Ingredient from Gomphidius Rutilus

红蘑是一种营养价值极高的食用菌,含有色素、多糖、微量元素、维生素、膳食纤维和脂肪酸等多种有效成分,具有抑制肿瘤、提高免疫力、抗氧化等多种功效。目前已采用酶解提取、超声波辅助提取和微波辅助浸提等多种方法对红蘑中的多糖进行了提取,并分别采用GC/MS和微波等离子体炬原子发射光谱法分析了其脂溶性成分和微量元素,为红蘑的后续开发和利用打下了一定的基础。

Gomphidius rutilus was an edible fungus with very high nutritional value of antitumor, immune and antioxidant, which contained natural pigment, polysaccharide, microelements, vitamins, edible cellulose acids. The polysaccharides were extracted by enzyme, ultrasonic and microwave methods. The fatty improving and fatty acid and microelements were analyzed by GC/MS and microwave plasma torch atomic emission spectrometry, the results would be the foundation for the research and development of GomDhidius rutilus.
