磺化硅胶催化合成乙酸正丁酯的研究 被引量:6

摘要 磺化硅胶是一种以化学键键合而成,性能稳定的固体酸催化剂。本文以冰醋酸和正丁醇为原料,磺化硅胶为催化剂,合成了乙酸正丁酯,并获得了最佳合成条件:催化剂用量为反应物总质量的1.0%,n(乙酸)∶n(正丁醇)=1∶1.5,回流时间为45 min,乙酸正丁酯的酯化率可达98.5%,催化剂重复使用10次后的酯化率仍达81.3%。磺化硅胶对乙酸正丁酯的合成具有良好的催化活性。 Silica sulfuric acid (SSA) was a kind of solid acid catalyst with chemical bonding and stable performance. The n - butyl acetate was synthesized from n - butanol and glacial acetic acid with SSA as catalyst. The optimal reaction conditions were as follows : when the quality of the catalyst to total material was 1.0%, the molar ratio of glacial acetic acid to n - butanol was 1 : 1.5 and reaction time was 45 min, the esterification rate was up to 98.5%. What's more, when the catalyst was reused after 10 times, the esterification rate was still up to 81.3%. SSA showed good catalytic activity for the synthesis of n - butyl acetate.
