新型减水剂中间大分子单体的合成工艺

摘要 通过衣康酸与甲氧基聚乙二醇进行直接酯化反应,生成了一种具有反应活性的新型聚羧酸盐减水剂中间大分子单体—甲氧基聚乙二醇衣康酸单酯。探讨了酸醇比、催化剂用量、阻聚剂用量、带水剂用量等实验条件对酯化反应的影响,并对酯化产物进行了红外光谱分析和凝胶色谱分析,得出了合成甲氧基聚乙二醇衣康酸单酯的最佳合成工艺。 A kind of monomer with reaction activity, methoxypolyethylene glycol acrylate, which could be used as the intermediate macromonomer of polyearboxylate high performance superplasticizer, was prepared by the esterification of Itaeonie acid and methoxypolyethylene glycol. The acid glycol ratio, dosage of catalyst, inhibitor, water - carrying agent, etc were discussed. The influence of experimental conditions on the esterification reaction, and the esterifieation products were carried out infrared spectra figures analysis and gel chromatography analysis, and the optimum conditions for preparing methoxy polyethylene glyeo esther itaconic acid ester were obtained.
