摘要
介绍了以 Fe SO4 为原料 ,通过氧气氧化生成纯 γ- Fe OOH,再经液相催化相转化合成均匀超细铁红粒子的新工艺。该工艺避开了高温煅烧 ,简化了生产工艺 ,扩大了原料来源 ,降低了生产成本 ,是一项清洁型生产工艺。
A novel prepared process of ultrafine α Fe 2O 3 was presented.γ FeOOH was firstly synthesized by oxidation of FeSO 4. Then ultrafine α Fe 2O 3 was prepared through catalytic phase transformation of γ FeOOH. It avoid calcinationg at hith temperature. It was considered that the new method is with such outstanding characteristics as simple equipent, widely raw materials and low cost, none pollution etc.
