摘要
分析了高氯离子、高电导率水源作为循环冷却水系统补水的特点及对循环水系统的影响。缓蚀和阻垢实验结果表明,ECH绿色环保整体解决方案中无磷水处理剂完全可以有效控制系统的腐蚀、结垢和微生物滋生。经过一年的不断优化和工业运行,在高浓缩倍数的情况下,系统运行状况良好。
The characteristics and effects of the make - up water with the high chlorine ion and high electrical conductivity in the circulating cooling water system were analyzed. The corrosion and scale inhibition experiments showed that the non -phosphorous water treatment agent in ECI-I green solutions could effectively controlled the corrosion, scale and microorganism growth. After a year of continuous industrial application and optimization, in the case of high cycles of concentration, the system was running in good condition.
