纤维乙醇工厂综合废水处理实例

Example of Cellulosic Ethanol Plant Wastewater

针对某纤维乙醇工厂生产实际中排放废水的水质、水量特点,设计了UASB+A/O工艺进行废水处理。实际运行结果表明,此工艺对纤维乙醇的废水处理效果好,系统运行正常,处理出水COD≤300 mg/L,NH3-N≤30 mg/L,出水水质完全符合污水综合排放的标准。

According to the quality and quantity characteristics of wastewater produced from the cellulosic ethanol factory, the UASB ＋ A/O process were designed, in which wastewater was treated. Results showed that the actual operation effect of treating cellulosic ethanol wastewater was good, and operation of the system was normal. The effluent COD ≤300 mg/L, NH3 -N ≤30mg/L, and effluent water quality fully met the integrated wastewater discharge standard.
