摘要
目前,国内外对安全阀火灾工况泄放的研究缺少可靠的计算工具。本课题通过使用HYSYS软件清晰地模拟出碳四压力容器在火灾工况下的泄放过程,得出火灾工况下设备在泄放压力下的最大泄放量和泄放温度。为碳四压力容器安全阀的计算及选型提供了可靠的参考依据,并为装置安全生产提供了合理的保证,减少不必要的损失。
At present, There has no available tool to calculate the discharge of relief valve in the fire condition. In this paper, The discharge process of C4 pressure vessel can be simulated by using Hysys in the fire condition. The maximum dischargement and discharge temperature of the device can be gotten. It provided a reliable reference for the calculation and selection of C4 pressure vessel relief valve and gave a reasonable assurance for the safe production of unit to reduce unnecessary losses.
