摘要
Cr-Mo钢板属贝氏体型合金钢,在空冷条件下产生贝氏体组织。由于制造反应容器用Cr-Mo钢板多为大单重、大厚度截面,容易产生组织应力与热应力,如果在生产过程中控制不当可导致表面裂纹。常见的表面裂纹分为钢锭和来料板坯裂纹、轧前加热裂纹、轧制过程中的拉裂和炸裂、轧后应力裂纹及切割裂纹等,本文对表面裂纹特征及其产生原因进行分析,并提出相应的预防和改进措施。
As balnitie alloy steel, Cr - Mo steel plate can obtain bainitic structure under air cooling condition. Cr - Mo steel plate for reactor vessel manufacture is mostly of large single piece weight and large thickness and generates microstrueture stress and thermal stress more easily, which can cause surface cracks due to improper control during production. Common surface cracks include the ones on incoming ingot or slah, or caused by soaking or reheating procedure before rolling,tonsioned cracks or burst cracks in the process of rolling, stress cracks or cutting cracks after rolling. The paper makes analysis on crack features and formation causes, raises appropriate preventive and corrective measures.
