摘要
介绍了板坯连铸结晶器的传热机理,系统分析了结晶器内热流分布特征,探讨了结晶器热行为对铸坯质量的影响。分析结果表明,通过结晶器锥度、窄边形状以及角部结构优化,可以改善结晶器内的传热,有效提高铸坯质量。
This paper introduces heat transfer mechanism in the mold of slab continuous caster , systematically analyzes the characteristics of heat flow distribution in the mold, discusses the effect of thermal behaviors in mold on strand quality. The analysis results show that the heat transfer in mold and the slab quality can be efficiently improved by optimization of mould taper degree, narrow side shape and comer profile.
