In this paper, the cross-sections of single W boson production e+ e-→e--νeW+ and e+ e-→e+νeW- were measured based on the data samples collected by the L3 detector in 1996 and 1997. The limits on the anomalous couplings Of WWγ triple gauge boson are derived at 95 % CL: - 0. 65<△κγ < 0. 82 and - 1. 37<λγ < 0. 92. The results are consistent with the Standard Model predictions and no anomalous couplings are found.
